The Him DSP provides digital products, specifically VST, Audio Unit and AAX Plugins, available for purchase and download.

Payment and Transactions

All payments for products purchased through The Him DSP are processed by Paddle. We do not store or collect your payment card details.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

User Accounts

When creating an account on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property Rights

The products and content on https://dsp.thehim.com are the property of The Him DSP. These products are licensed to you; they are not sold.

Usage Restrictions

By using any of our products you agree to the End User License Agreement bundled with your product. Furthermore you may not:

Copy, redistribute, or resell our products.
Use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Promotional Codes and Discounts

Licenses sold with a discount are by definition Not For Resale (NFR) licenses. Discounts are limited to one per customer.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
